Why is my GMail address suddenly getting a ton of spam messages to its main inbox? It’s like someone put my email address in hundreds of website forms and triggered auto replies.
I’m looking for ways to automate social media posting. My micro.blog allows me to link WordPress, Mastodon, Bluesky, and even LinkedIn. But how can I automate posting to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter? Is this even possible? Does anyone else out there have an automated posting/sharing workflow that they enjoy?

Weight: 244lbs. I’ve been trying to get my weight back down under 200lbs for a few years now with no success. Instead of 185-195lbs, where I used to be for years before kids, I’m 240-250lbs. Starting to lose hope of getting results that last.
