Yikes. I need to get back in shape. Even my “pandemic weight gain clothes” I bought last year no longer fit. I weigh a good 60-70lbs more than I did 5 years ago! (Which, granted, was before kids. But still.) Time to re-vamp my sleep, diet, and exercise habits in the year ahead.
