My Zepbound was $45/month late 2025. Expected it to go up in 2026 because my Cigna deductible reset, but January was $25. Now up to $780. Both pharmacy and Cigna say it was run the same every time. Neither knows why it was $25 or why it’s not the full ~$1K this month 🤷 American healthcare, man!
