I have read it halfway through, and feel it is relevant, and maybe a good way to manage the thoughts, but I have been in therapy sessions so many times prior to reading it, and they used CBT, and I have spent almost 20 years finding a way to cope without this, so I am a bit reluctant to switch the formula.
