If you build software and you’re not on full-blown CI/CD, how do you keep of what’s been released to which environment(s)? At any given moment, do you have a quick and easy way to set your functionality expectations for a given environment?
Getting more and more frustrated with my MacBook Pro’s (13-inch, 2016, 2 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, 16 GB RAM, 250 GB SSD) inability to get to macOS 13. Say I just wanted a Mac that would be a noticeable upgrade to my current setup. Which should I get? Doesn’t have to be latest and greatest.

UPDATE to the heat pump thing. After poking around for awhile, I noticed that the breaker in my main electrical panel inside marked “Heat pump” was quite loose. When I attempted to turn it off and then on again, it moved, and I heard the heat pump come on. Seems to be working now!
Help me diagnose what’s going on with my very old heat pump. I’m not sure if it’s getting power, because it doesn’t seem to turn on at all. I don’t recognize the kind of switch that’s in the box on the back of my house. Anyone have any pointers? #heatpump #hvac #electrician #homerepair
